Garganosurf, Isola la Chianca

Garganosurf runs two stations in Vieste on the Adriatic, Cala Azzurra and Isola la Chianca, on the Litoranea Vieste–Peschici on the Gargano peninsula in Puglia. The school is led by former windsurf world champion Astrid Berz.

It teaches kitesurfing, SUP and wing foil, plus windsurfing, e-foil and wave riding. Group, semi-private and private lessons are on offer along with kids' courses, and you can sit the VDWS certificate on site. The website runs in German, Italian and English. Rental, board storage, repairs and a webcam feed round it out; the season runs April to early November.
