Kite Gym San Teodoro

About this spot

Kite Gym is set on La Cinta beach in San Teodoro, on Sardinia's northeast coast. The lagoon water is flat, crystal clear and stays shallow far out, which makes it a safe place to learn. The CDM 37 kite zone lies inside the Tavolara marine protected area, with thermal wind from Scirocco (SE) and Grecale (NE).

The focus is kitesurfing, from first water start through freestyle and kite foil to wave riding, plus windsurfing, wing foil and SUP. Private and group lessons on twin-tip, foil and strapless. Instructors hold FIV, IKO and VDWS licences, and teach in German, English, Italian and Spanish. Snowkite camps run in winter.
