About this spot

The kiteboarding school is on Lake Santa Croce in the Alpago (province of Belluno, Veneto) - one of the best places in northern Italy to learn kitesurfing. A thermal breeze from the southwest builds reliably in the afternoon, and the flat water with standing-depth areas near the shore is ideal for first steps.

It teaches kitesurfing for all levels following the VDWS programme, tuned to the lake's conditions. Courses are given in German and English.
