About this spot

Kitejunkie operates on Lake Reschen (Lago di Resia) in Graun im Vinschgau, South Tyrol – the thermal alpine reservoir at around 1500 m, easy to reach from Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, Austria and Switzerland. The school is VDWS-recognised and IKO-licensed, teaching kitesurfing, wingfoiling, parawinging and, in winter, snowkiting – from a three-hour taster through Basic and Premium courses to private coaching.

Courses run all-inclusive with gear, safety equipment, radio and boat supervision. Brands ridden include Flysurfer, North, Duotone, F-One and Core. The kite station in Graun has been an architectural landmark since 2020.
