Ocean Tribe Watersport

Ocean Tribe is based at Camping La Mariposa in the large, protected bay of Alghero in Sardinia, on a fine white sand beach between the Lido and the Maria Pia pinewood. The bay is shallow with a gentle slope, and the sandy entry suits first steps and kids. The station was founded in 2002.

It teaches windsurfing and SUP, plus surfing and kayaking. There are beginner windsurf courses, a junior academy for kids, and VDWS-certified courses and brevets. Rental and gear storage round it out. Equipment comes from Loftsails, Torq and Tahe Sport. Run by Giampy, Paola and Alice, in Italian and English.
