Schwabensurf is on the Oberrieder Weiher near Breitenthal in the Swabian Günz valley – right on the lake within the SEE CAMPING Günztal site. A VDWS station for anyone wanting to learn windsurfing and SUP in the foothills of the Allgäu without a long drive, with school and shop straight on the water.

Windsurf courses are led by VDWS-certified instructors; in summer they run every weekend, and sometimes daily during school holidays. SUP boards are available to rent (from €15 per hour), with private lessons starting at €29 per hour. Flat freshwater and short distances make the lake a relaxed place to learn.
