Well Sailing is a sailing and powerboat school with bases in Hamburg and in Neustadt on the Baltic. In Hamburg, training takes place on the Alster and the Elbe. The focus is firmly on sailing and boat licences, from SBF See and SBF Binnen through SKS, SSS and SHS to radio certificates such as SRC and UBI.

There are sailing courses for various levels, including children, as well as skipper training. The school is affiliated with VDWS, VDS, DSV and QAW, and offers the VDWS Grundschein among other certificates.
