Surfing Valledoria-La Foce

About this spot

Surfing Valledoria-La Foce sits at the mouth of the Coghinas in northern Sardinia, by the La Foce campground in Valledoria (Codaruina). The spot has a real draw: with enough wind you can ride both the flat river lagoon and the open sea – the lagoon suits beginners, the sea suits anyone who wants more. Northern Sardinia regularly gets Mistral and thermal winds, easing off a little in high summer.

The school teaches windsurfing, wing foiling and SUP. It has been active since 1990 by its own account.
