Florianópolis – Lagoa da Conceição is a kitesurf, wingfoil and windsurf spot in Brazil. The large, shallow Lagoa da Conceição on the island of Florianópolis offers flat water and easy access – good for beginners. On Avenida das Rendeiras on the lagoon shore there are windsurf and kite schools as well as rental. In spring and summer (October to March) NE to E winds usually blow in the afternoon; in autumn and winter the wind is less frequent and comes from the S with fronts.
