About this spot
Isla Cristina – Playa de la Gola is a windsurf spot in Spain. Beach of Isla Cristina at the estuary, with a calm basin that windsurfers call “la piscina”. Because of the calm water it is mainly used by beginner windsurfers to learn. CD Windsurfing Isla Cristina holds races here, including several Spanish championships.
