Rockingham – Safety Bay (Pengo's) is a kitesurf, wingfoil and windsurf spot in Australia. Safety Bay offers flat water behind sandbanks and constant wind, as well as open sea areas. “Pengo's” next to Penguin Island is ideal for beginners, especially when learning to ride upwind. “The Pond” around the corner is for experienced riders only and is often crowded in the main season from November to February. The beaches in Shoalwater Bay are sheltered from swell by the islands of a nature reserve.
