7BFT KiteHouse is located in Soma Bay, about 45 km south of Hurghada and only around 30 minutes by car from the airport. The bay is one of Egypt's most reliable kite spots: over 300 windy days a year, steady 4 to 8 Beaufort and a sheltered flatwater lagoon where beginners can stand and advanced riders have room.
It teaches kitesurfing and wingfoiling with VDWS-certified instructors; as one of Egypt's larger kite schools, the station is open 365 days a year. The spot is split into a teaching zone and a freeride zone. Add a free hotel shuttle, a shop and repair service, plus 24-hour guarded gear storage.
