Bosco Canoro windsurf school has run at Lido del Sole in Bibione (San Michele al Tagliamento) on the upper Adriatic since 1983. Teaching is VDWS-licensed, and since 2017 the instructors are also FIV-certified (Italian sailing federation).

Courses cover children, teenagers and adults from age six, from the first uphaul to refining technique. Alongside windsurfing the centre offers SUP, kayak and rentals. The gently shelving beach and the thermal sea breeze suit beginners well.
