The Chiemsee-Surfcenter in Gstadt has been teaching since 1981 on the northern shore of the Chiemsee – decades of experience at the same spot. A VDWS station for beginners and advanced riders alike, with its own equipment for children and teenagers.
The programme covers windsurfing, SUP and kayaking. Guided SUP tours head out to the Chiemsee islands, a classic for calm days. Gstadt sits across from Fraueninsel – a shallow shore for learning, plus the typical Chiemsee thermals once the sun heats the lake.
