Wassersport Holnis is on the Holnis peninsula north of Glücksburg, at the end of Strand 3 near the campsite, An der Promenade 8. The spot lies on the outer Flensburg Fjord, on the eastern shore of the peninsula. Onshore wind is typical here – you're not quickly pushed out onto the open fjord, a clear plus for beginners.
The school has been run since 2019 by brothers Jonathan and Tobias Kremer, who previously taught in Kiel, on Fuerteventura, Kos, Föhr and Rügen, among others. With certified instructors you can learn windsurfing, kitesurfing and wingfoiling, plus SUP tours around Holnis. Windsurf, kite and SUP equipment is available to rent.
