The Plankenverleih is part of the Bretterbude in Heiligenhafen, sitting right at the Baltic Sea spot on the Seebrückenpromenade. It is a few steps from the rental container to the water, and the wide standing area makes getting into kitesurfing relaxed. You can rent kite gear plus SUPs and windsurf equipment, with the season running from April to October. To rent kite material you need a VDWS Kite licence Level 3 or IKO Level 2i. If you are not there yet, book private lessons or a beginner kite course on site.
