Salty Wind is located on Spiaggia la Sciumara in Palau in northern Sardinia, on the Mediterranean facing the Maddalena Archipelago. The Maestrale provides the wind here. Lessons cover windsurfing, sailing, catamaran and SUP, from beginner to advanced; for children aged 4 to 7 there is the "Giocosurf" programme. The school is VDWS certified, groups are capped at four people, and gear is included in the beginner course. Boards and boats come from RRD, Laser and Hobie. Teaching languages are Italian and English.
