Surfschule Maasholm sits at the entrance to Maasholm on the Schlei, where the Schlei estuary forms a sheltered, shallow standing-depth area – ideal conditions for learning to windsurf. Alongside windsurfing for all ages there's stand-up paddling and wing foiling, plus equipment rental. The family-run school has been going since 1976 and is VDWS-certified, so tuition follows a recognised standard. The season runs through summer, and you ride in the flat Schlei water that rarely builds big waves even when it's windy.
