About this spot

Surfschule Norderney is based on the East Frisian North Sea island and covers a broad board programme: windsurfing, wave riding, SUP and Mega-SUP, kayaking, kitesurfing plus wing and windsurf foiling. On the North Sea with its mudflats and tides, the water sets the rhythm of the day, so lessons stay hands-on. There are options for school groups, holiday camps, families and groups, down to children's birthday parties. Teaching follows the VDWS standard, with the Sportsegelschule Norderney as partner. The season runs 15 March to 10 October 2026.
