The TUI MAGIC LIFE Marmari Palace lies near Mastichari in the north of Kos, about 17 km from Kos town, right on a gently sloping sandy beach on the Aegean. In summer the Meltemi blows from the north, while spring and autumn often bring afternoon westerlies of 4-5 Beaufort. The Marmari/Mastichari spot has no reefs, rocks or current, a 50-60 m sandbank at standing depth and separate launch zones for wind- and kitesurfers. Windsurfing is part of the all-inclusive club (from age 12); wind and kite centres are a few minutes away.
