Vasco Renna sits right in the centre of Torbole sul Garda, just about 20 metres from the water at the windy northern end of Lake Garda. The mountains funnel the wind here – the Pelèr from the north in the morning, the dependable Ora from the south in the afternoon. There's a reason Torbole counts as one of Europe's windsurfing strongholds. They teach windsurfing, windsurf foil, wingfoil and SUP, for adults as well as juniors and youth.
The school is VDWS-listed and teaches in Italian, English and German. Rental, storage and used-gear sales are on site, with accommodation handled via vascorennastay.com. Gear comes from Duotone, Gaastra, Tabou, Fanatic and ION.
