Westwind Syd lies south of Hvide Sande on Ringkøbing Fjord (Sdr. Klitvej). The centre sits right on flat, wind-secure standing water – ideal for families and beginners, with plenty of grass to rig up on.
The VDWS school runs courses and rental for beginners and advanced riders in wing, windsurfing, kiting and SUP. Facilities include changing rooms, hot showers and a large terrace café overlooking the fjord. Westwind has run its centres since 1980.
