About this spot
Alaminos is a kitesurf and windsurf spot in Cyprus. On the coast of Alaminos west of Larnaca, a kite station runs lessons from the end of March to the end of October. Teaching follows IKO and VDWS standards, in English and German.
The spot works best with wind from W, SW, S; the windiest period is Apr–Oct. Expect choppy water most of the time. It suits beginners, intermediates and advanced riders.
