Egmond aan Zee – Beach is a kitesurf and surf spot in the Netherlands. Typical North Sea spot with waves, surf, a wide beach, sandbanks and current. The beach is divided into coloured zones: all year only in the orange activity zones; from 1 Oct. to 1 May everywhere. Paid parking, food and drink and showers on site.
The spot works best with wind from SW, W, NW; the windiest period is Oct–Apr. Depending on the swell there are waves. It suits intermediates and advanced riders.
