Helsinki – Lauttasaari (El-Kaislikko) is a kitesurf spot in Finland. The “El-Kaislikko” spot on the shore of Särkiniemi on Lauttasaari; leave the car on Särkiniementie, about 100 m on foot. No lessons, not for beginners practising on their own. Put your wetsuit on before setting up; change and wait upwind of the launch area.
The spot works best with wind from SW; the windiest period is May–Oct. Expect choppy water most of the time. It suits intermediates and advanced riders.
