The KBC sits right on the beach in the north of El Gouna, on the largest standing-depth lagoon in the Red Sea. More than two square kilometres of shallow flatwater make getting started about as safe as it gets for kite beginners. Lessons follow the VDWS system, from beginner group courses to private coaching, plus wingfoil. The rental fleet runs over 150 F-ONE kites and around 80 boards. The centre has a pool, a yoga studio and a kite repair workshop, with steady side-onshore wind and clear water almost year-round.
