El Gouna – Kitepower (North Beach) is a kitesurf and wingfoil spot in Egypt. Kite beach on the northernmost beach of El Gouna; day trips to Tawila Island also start here. Stepped lagoon with knee- to chest-deep water – according to the operator the largest standing-depth area in El Gouna. Wind sideshore from the left, with no obstacles such as trees or hotels upwind. Oldest kite school in El Gouna.
The spot works best with wind from N, NW; the windiest period is Jan–Dec. The water is mostly flat. It suits beginners, intermediates and advanced riders.
