Nordwind Wassersport e.V. sits at Surendorf on the southern shore of Eckernförde Bay, right in the Baltic sailing and surfing grounds. A wide sandy beach with offshore sandbars means shallow, standable water where beginners learn windsurfing, kitesurfing and wing surfing. The kite zone lies roughly 300 metres east of the windsurf and SUP area. As a VDWS school you sit your VDWS basic licence in your chosen discipline here. Safety boats and supervision run during opening hours, and the club also offers holiday camps and school trips. Clubhouse with changing rooms and sauna on site.
