The Sylter Catamaran Club is the sailing side of Südkap Surfing in Hörnum, in the south of Sylt. Right out front lies the shallow, wave-free standing area on the east side of town – ideal for your first runs on a cat. The center keeps five catamarans and seven Laser dinghies, plus more than 50 windsurf boards and sails. Besides catamaran sailing you can learn windsurfing, kiting and SUP here, taught in small groups. A surf shop carrying the in-house brand Salty Elements is part of it too.
