Moss – Framnes is a kitesurf spot in Norway. Set up on the lawn right by the car park – little space. Not flat, you need to be able to go upwind; choppy water.
The spot works best with wind from S, SE; the windiest period is Apr–Sep. Expect choppy water most of the time. It suits intermediates and advanced riders.

Watch out for: Footpath and cycle path across the setup area. Stones around the breakwater, especially on the south side. Keep at least 300 m from the Bastø ferry. If the wind turns SW–WSW it becomes offshore.
