Moss – Refsnes (Jeløy) is a kitesurf spot in Norway. Best in N wind; if it turns too far to NNE it comes over land and works poorly. Set up on the lawn right by the car park. Not very flat, you need to be able to go upwind.
The spot works best with wind from N, NW; the windiest period is Apr–Oct. Expect choppy water most of the time. It suits intermediates and advanced riders.
