O Grove – Praia da Lanzada is a kitesurf, windsurf and surf spot in Spain. Open Atlantic beach between O Grove and Sanxenxo, located outside the rías. Because of the strong swell, people surf and windsurf here; the exposed location often makes the beach very windy, hence kitesurfing too. Kite schools from the province of Pontevedra teach in O Grove, among other places.
