Helgeroa – Omlidstranda (Mølen) is a kitesurf spot in Norway. Park at Omlidstranda Camping, about 1 km on foot; set up right at the bottom of the spit towards the island of Rogna (very little space). The spot lies in the Mølen bird sanctuary and is regulated by zones: zone 1 only 1.6.–15.8., zones 2 and 4 all year round, zone 3 banned all year round. Smooth flat water to chop.
The spot works best with wind from S, SW, W; the windiest period is Jun–Aug. The water is mostly flat. It suits intermediates and advanced riders.
