Monfalcone – Marina Julia is a kitesurf, wingfoil and windsurf spot in Italy. Marina Julia near Monfalcone is considered one of the best spots in the northern Adriatic; you set up and launch on a large area of grass and gravel. The prevailing Bora blows side-on, which increases safety. Close to shore it is shallow with smooth water, towards the east it quickly gets deeper (also for foiling); people kite here all year round. Several clubs and rental outlets offer lessons.
