São Luís – Praia de São Marcos is a kitesurf spot in Brazil. According to the tourism office, there are several schools with lessons and rental on the beaches of São Marcos, Calhau and Olho d'Água in São Luís. Strong winds mainly from July to November. State kitesurfing championships have been held at Praia de São Marcos.
