South Padre Island – Isla Blanca Park is a kitesurf and surf spot in the United States. Isla Blanca Park at the southern end of South Padre Island is considered by many to be one of the best kite spots in North America. Experienced kiters usually start their downwinder here, heading north along the town and returning by taxi. Warm, clear water and gentle waves throughout the year.
The spot works best with wind from SE, E, S; the windiest period is Mar–Jun. Depending on the swell there are waves. It suits advanced riders.
