Tim's Beach sits at the Gold spot on Fehmarn, between Lemkenhafen and the Fehmarnsund Bridge on the southern edge of the Orther Reede. The Reede is a well-known training area with a huge, hip-deep flat-water zone, no waves and calm conditions, ideal for beginners.

VDWS-licensed instructors teach wingsurfing and foiling, windsurfing, stand-up paddling, plus catamaran and dinghy sailing. Rental and a shop are on site. If you want to learn to windsurf or kite in flat, safe water on Fehmarn, the Orther Reede is the place.
